1 you need drink 1 cup of black coffee 

2 your break fast - meal no 1 you have to eat 4 egg whites and 1 whole with a coup of oats with out milk you and add some flex seeds and some peanut butter and some dry fruits like almonds and nuts 

3 meal no 2 - have 4 slice of peanut butter bread with half banana.
4 meal no 3 - (bowl of salad) you have to eat lot of vegetable like broccoli , spinach , tomatoes, cucumber , carrot etc .
i have a very good recipe for you to make your boring salad so tasty so first you need to take a big bowl then you have to add some ruffly chopped spinach, broccoli, half tomatoes, half cucumber, half carrot and then add some curd , little bit salt, and pinch of black paper for taste and then mix it very well also you can also add some boiled egg whits but its totally optional if you want some extra protein then you can .

5 meal no 4 - you have to eat 1 single roti with 250 gm of chicken 

6 pre workout - you have to drink 1 cup of black coffee

7 post workout - you have eat 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg

8 meal no 5 - again you have to eat a bowl of salad and 250g of chicken also you can add all chicken pieces with salad and make your meal very tasty .
